Why AI Coaching?

The emergence of AI means that we have another tool in our kit, a fresh source of interactive dialogue. AI coaching is not a replacement for interaction with Marcus Baumgart or other coaches or creative collaborators. It is another, new kind of thing: a novel & potentially very useful tool for facilitating productive conversations.

AI coaching is more economical and convenient than the traditional coaching model. It is immediate and responsive, and when trained well it can genuinely represent a coach’s methodology and philosophy.

Marcus Baumgart is training BAUMGART/AI to embody the collective knowledge of 35 years of creative production, including 27 years of design industry experience, 23 years of design journalism, and a dozen years spent running a thriving multi-national design studio.

The AI Coach

Working with expert software developer Juan Carlos Quintero, Marcus is creating a curated AI persona called BAUMGART/AI or B/AI for short. B/AI provides AI coaching based on Marcus’ core methodology, assisting people to explore creative productivity, and inspired playfulness, accessible 24/7 on this site.
